Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from doggiemeowjewels.com, please return it to us in its original/unused condition and packaging within 14 days for an exchange or a merchandise credit.  The following items may not be returned or exchanged:  Personalized or custom items, sale merchandise, worn or used merchandise and merchandised purchased anywhere else but doggiemeowjewels.com.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Items must be returned without any damages to them.  Please contact info@doggiemeowjewels.com for any returns.

Inside United States:
Free USPS or UPS First Class Mail (5-7 business days)
Priority Mail $6.00 (2-3 business days)

Outside United States:
Free via USPS First Class International Air (6-10 business days)
Global Priority Anywhere Outside US $24.00 (4-6 business days)

Canada:
Free via USPS First Class International Air (6-10 business days)
Canada Priority Shipping $18.00 (5-6 business days)

Shipping Time:

Merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours after you place your order.  If within the US, first class orders take about  5-7  business days.  Any order placed after 4:00 PM EST will be sent the following Business Day.  If you are in a remote location please understand that shipping may take longer than the usual 
7 business days.if sent First Class Mail.


Cancellations:

 If Doggie Meow has not shipped your order a refund for the cancellation will be issued immediately however there will be a $10.00 restocking fee.  If merchandise has  been shipped please return the item(s) for a store credit.

Please note that wear and use of Doggie Meow Jewels, including ,necklaces,collars and tags, should always be personally attended. Please do not leave your pet unsupervised. The sizing for Doggie Meow Jewels may be found under the Sizing tab as a reference on the best way to measure your pet. Remember to always add your two fingers after you measure your pet for his or her wearing comfort. Do measure carefully to assure that your pet will wear our product with complete comfort.
